Summer Research Training Program participants

Seven of our incoming math graduate students and one rising senior math major participated in our summer Research Training Program. As a part of this new program, graduate students took MTH 645: Elementary Number Theory and all received training to be project leaders for MTH 191: Research Exploration in Mathematics. First and second-year undergraduates interested in an early introduction to math research will be able to enroll in MTH 191 in Spring 2024.
