Application:
A complete application consists of the application form, a personal statement, a resume or C.V. (optional), unofficial transcripts, and three letters of recommendation, ideally from mathematics professors that you have taken classes from. Taking the GRE is optional. If you are not a native speaker of English, you must submit test results related to your English proficiency (either the TOEFL or IELTS) unless your undergraduate instruction was in English. The application fee is currently $80, although the Graduate School offers fee waivers to several different groups of domestic students. Deadlines:
Deadline for fall admission is January 15. The deadline for spring admission is October 1 for international students, and November 1 for domestic students.
