Department Hosts Regional Number Theory Conference

The Palmetto Number Theory Series (PANTS) 38 took place at Wake Forest University on September 21-22, 2024. It was part of a series of number theory meetings held at colleges and universities in the Southeast since 2006. The conference was one of the most successful on record, drawing 75 participants from throughout the country to hear both invited and contributed research talks. Wake Forest postdoctoral fellow Jacob Mayle and graduate student Meghan Lee were among those to present.
